Hi Mate, awesome project!
My background skill as experience designer and start learn RN a few month ago without any dev background skill at all.
it start when I following some RN online course and from my perspective I always see “ yea.. that work, but its really nice if we can add styling work too “ so I start to styling each RN course to be more nice ( sometime i just took design inspiration from dribble etc and implement to the RN course just to make the learning process fast ).

then I face one big problems , I always use iphone 6 as my ios emulator and when some day I try to run on iphone 4 or 5 I got all my RN styling work mess out. one thing I know is , I always set each margin, padding etc manually.

after read your code sample one thing make me interest is when you add

left: deviceWidth/2,

can you explain what the /2 mean and also how you face the RN responsive problems ( consider we will provide our app for much android screen size and different type of iphone ) or maybe you have some good resource where I can learn.
