Incognito Chat, A Spruced up Dashboard, Daily Updates and a Dedicated Support Channel
We, at inFeedo, are really excited to kick-start our fortnightly newsletter series called, Since Two Weeks. In our continued efforts to keep our allies in the loop about all things Amber, we aim to share major upgrades and upcoming features in Amber. So, let’s begin?
1. Share Freely and Openly — Incognito Chat

The most important learning from inFeedo’s AMA Townhall for us has been the importance of Anonymity in any thriving organisation. Statistics show that over 75% of the answered questions are asked anonymously. Keeping this figure in mind, we launched the Incognito Chat feature. Employees can choose to conceal their identity now while talking to Amber.
However, this is an opt-in feature where admins will have to choose whether to enable it in their respective organizations.
2. Amber’s Dashboard has never been easier to use!
After getting loads of feedback from you, we have completely revamped the Dashboard to make it more pleasurable and easy to use. With each report having its own section, it’s much quicker to share it with your colleagues.
3. Say hello to Amber in your Inbox every morning
We understand how admins cannot enjoy chatting with Amber. However, to share how Amber is talking to your employees daily, we have started sharing updates every morning about the people she chatted with the day before via email.

4. A Dedicated Support Channel so that all your concerns reach us the right way
