For long, inFeedo Team has been 7 people strong. Since March, our focus primarily has been on growing our wolf pack. We aim to double our team size to 15 by July.

For now, let’s take a look at our 6 new accomplices (not literally) joining the mighty force:

Delhi Boy Lakshay joined us in the beginning of April as our Client Success Champion. Overflowing with enthusiasm and energy, he knows how to get shit done. Although, Foosball is something he simply cannot get his head around.

Military brat Vibhuti is joining our force this week. She’ll be taking care of People Ops and Internal Processes at inFeedo. She is a die-hard dog lover and wants to one day have 3 dogs and 2 horses. (Don’t worry, we found it eerily specific too)

We have Nipun joining Engineering. He’ll ensure our systems are always green and we release exciting features in the product quickly. He doesn’t speak much but has a list of ways we can improve our Tech and make it more efficient.

Right out of college but with tons of experience already, Vartika will be taking care of Business Development. She’s really good at Math and is willing to crack brains over anything. (Not literally, I hope)

Taking the reins of QA is Neeraj who joined in full time with us recently. He’s an Ex-NDA cadet and literally the last line of Defence for all our product releases.

And finally,
We have Shikhar who is currently in the last year of college. He is learning the tricks of the trade so he can finally join in as part of our Engineering Team in May.

Another great thing happened to us in the last two weeks..

inFeedo Team can now be found thrashing ideas and making a whole lot of noise at Cyberhub!

New office comes with a few perks:
1. A place to sit for the new team members. (We used to work on dibs earlier)
2. A bigger foosball table. (Although, we all suck at it)
3. Tons of food. (Along comes the love handles)

Recently, our focus has been on improving the accuracy of how we highlight the People who need attention and Overall mood of an organization.

We realized how we cannot have a one common algorithm for all organizations. There are different factors affecting Mood and People who need attention in each organization. This could be based on the strength, or something as intangible as the Culture of an organization.

The idea here is to build a scalable system which is unique and precise for each organization and paves way for Predictive Analytics in the future, i.e., highlighting People who need attention before they become red flags.

After weeks of research and data modelling, we have finally been able to enhance our algorithms to provide a more accurate and spot-on analysis of your organization. Stay tuned for our next edition to hear more on this!

Till then, have a nice week ahead. :)
