People behind the jobs.

Just adding my two cents. Completely agree on thinking about persons situations.

Sometimes we over react to things reporting minor things but then again a careless driver from uber is not a good thing to have. He needs to be told that he is not driving correctly. Of course there are steps to tell him before directly complaining to customer care, but if not informed it might lead to a mishappening if not now later with someone else.

The famous ola case for having an extra passenger in the front seat compromises my security and privacy in all terms.

A person doing his job well needs to be appreciated and given 5 stars and not so is a person who is not. It might circumstancial I agree. But again I as a service customer have to understand what is acceptable and what is not.
