If you want to know the process of making a shoe in shoe factory or shoe industry then read this article fully. I am going to tell you about the mass production shoe factory and will give a description of all the equipment and shoemaking process. If you are interested to buy or before buying you need to visit the factory then follow the Infinity group. They are the manufacturer of all types of footwear making machines and other industrial machines too.

This article is about to make sneakers shoes in bulk order.

It is a simple shoemaking process that is only made with die-cut parts. The outsole is a one-piece rubber cup console with die-cut midsole inside and channel stitching. The outsole is the bottom component of the sole which provides grip to the shoes. Mostly it is in rubber form and shoe manufacturers buy it from shops. The shoemaking machine controls the component to ensure that the outsole is properly fixed or not. Injection Moulding machine is mainly used for making all types of shoe sole. This is two types- PVC vertical molding machine and TPR Moulding machine. These machines are used for making sports shoes, school shoes, gumboots, etc.

Now find the process of shoemaking below-

Cutting the size and Marking: Inside the shoemaking factory, cutting and marking operations are

the beginning step in the manufacturing process. In this process, you will require cutting presses and it is also known as clicker cutting machines. The clicker press is a standard piece that you will see at every shoe factory. A shoe cutting click press is a cutting press that requires cutting for each shoe pattern part. A new technique for cutting is the computer-controlled drag knife cutter. A vacuum table is used to make space in these machines while the blade cuts all the pattern parts of the shoe. This technique is important for custom mass production.

Once the shoe parts are cut, they need to be processed. The alignment marks are screen printed on the parts and any logo is added. The logo can be silk screen printed, radio frequency welded or embroidered on the cut parts.

Stitching of Shoes: Once the first part is completed then its time to follow the second step. The basic electric sewing machine performs heavy lifting. With stitching processes, it is divided into many smaller operations, workers quickly master their specific tasks. These basic machines operated by an experienced sewer can do magic.

Assembly: It is time to bring out heavy equipment with boots ready for assembly. The original assembly line is approximately 100 yards long. At the front of the line, you will find a Steamteo permanent machiner to soften the upper part of a shoe, which will make those permanent. Permanent machines are used to pull tight on the shoe.
