500 grams of Canned Fish (Any fish of your choice in spring water/ Drained/Flaked into large chunks)

100 grams Mayonnaise

3 tablespoons sour cream

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

½ teaspoon Black pepper Powder

½ teaspoon Chili Flakes

2 tablespoons Mustard (Paste)

100 grams Green Onions (Chopped)

100 grams Eggplant (Cooked/Chopped)

100 grams Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)

100 grams Cheddar Cheese (Grated)

Salt to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Grease a large baking dish.

2. Flake fish with a fork in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, black pepper, chili flakes, green onions, mustard, and salt. Mix until smooth.

3. Add eggplant and mozzarella cheese and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread with cheddar cheese.
