Ingredients:

200 ml Heavy Cream

20 grams of Pineapple Cubes

2-3 teaspoons Nuts (Chopped)

2-3 teaspoons Strawberry (Cubes/Optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Whisk the heavy cream and almond milk in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form. You can use a hand mixer or a whisk.

2. Add the powdered stevia (or your chosen sweetener) and vanilla extract to the whipped cream.

3. Gently whisk until well combined.

4. Puree the unsweetened pineapple chunks in a blender or food processor until smooth.

5. Add the pineapple puree to the sweetened whipped cream mixture.

6. Mix well to incorporate the pineapple flavor.

7. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and freeze for at least 5-6 hours or until firm. (Preferably overnight)
