ANNOUNCE: ROADMAP SETUP AND ICO CHANGES

After our first international workshop we started to develop our roadmap and have defined high priority goals. As our roadmap represents a concrete steps for further development and scope that differs from plans presented in our ICO page we decided to pause ICO campaign. To setup our roadmap we combine already created prototypes and medical vision of our adviser Kalev Karu.

First, we will focus on the individual healthcare systems with prevention functionalities. Our high priority tasks now include medical data quality validation for data collected by individuals from personal sensors. We include laboratory test results as they have a good standardization in LOINC, HL7 and SNOMED CT standards.

Then we plan to add medication conflict prevention functionality. This can save 20000 lives per year only in US and even more in the other world. To define target diseases we will use medical statistic from different countries. This will help to focus on the most important diseases first and bring maximum value for the customer.

We also plan to add integration with Estonian eHealth Foundation and Estonian Health Insurance Fund as our team has long experience in cooperation with their data sources. The other integration options for now include iHealth cloud (presented in our github already), Samsung Health and Nokia clouds.

Personalized guidelines is the first result user will get from analyzing all his data. For that we have a prototype integration with one of the biggest Clinical Decision Support Systems from Finland — EBMeDS. As technical integration is already implemented and being currently tested we also actively discussing with them legal aspects of our cooperation now.

The dates for ICO second round and token distribution will be announced soon.
