Personal Health Records (PHR) explained

While preparing to the first SHC workshop in Tallinn, we would like to post some theoretic materials about Perosnal Health Records (PHR) so that it would increase the understanding of the context we are curently working on. Provided presentation was presented to students as a lecture at master’s seminar in Tallinn Univercity of Technologies (TTU) in scope of health engineering program.
