Do Your Patients Like Automated Messages?
Better Practices

I’m not sure I completely agree with this. We love Rhinogram, but we also use automated texting for appointment confirmations, birthday cards, and patient reactivation. I feel that because we use Rhinogram for personalized texting on specific topics, that patients are more receptive to receiving automated texts from us. The patient can always respond to the automated messages, and their response is forwarded to us for a reply. We ALWAYS reply! That being said, we could not live without Rhinogram. We use it specifically to reach our patients quickly and get a response quickly. The HIPAA compliant messaging is also very useful. Thanks for developing a great product!
