BOBG PTE. LTD. (Headquarters: Singapore, CEO: Kengo Masuyama, hereunder: BOBG) is pleased to announce that it will raise approximately 400,000 USD in funding. BOBG will support the global expansion of Japanese blockchain businesses through token issuance/operation/management and listing on crypto asset exchanges from its base in Singapore.

BOBG is a company that provides comprehensive support from token issuance, operation, and management to the cryptocurrency exchange listing, utilizing its experience and knowledge in issuing MCHC (Governance Tokens) and RAYS (Utility Tokens) in “My Crypto Heroes” to speedily solve various issues in token issuance for Japanese corporations.

Under the Japanese tax and accounting system, it is very difficult for listed companies and others to launch projects with FT (ERC-20). On the other hand, it is not possible to achieve a project without FT if it is to become a globally competitive project.
