All about SOP
SOP write-up and preparation is an important step for overseas education. University admissions depend completely on the SOP that a student submits. The students will have to attend a credibility interview which is also called a CAS interview in many countries. Questions in the interview will be purely based on the contents of the SOP. Adding the correct educational qualification and real work experience details, internship details, hobbies, and certification courses are important. Universities will be verifying the contents in the SOP and the quality of the content added to the SOP. The experienced members of Bon Voyage will assist students in preparing SOPs and editing their SOPs to avoid errors so that students can submit it without any errors and avoid resubmission. Each university needs a unique SOP. So while applying to each university a separate SOP is needed and it is to be prepared for each course.
Cracking the Credibility Interview
Another important step is the credibility interview. After receiving an offer letter students will need to attend a credibility Interview. A university representative will contact every student in order to conduct a credibility interview. They will be asking so many questions like why you chose this country, Why you chose this course, Your personal details, Educational qualifications, work experience details, internship details, and course details, they will be checking what you know about the course- about course modules, credit scores, university location. The representative will ask about the accommodation options, part-time job options, career plans, university rankings, other universities that you plan to study and the course modules. The post box number and address of the university and many more. The experienced interview team at Bon Voyage can help the students crack the interview on the first chance. Students will be provided with interview preparation essays, questionnaires and short notes in order to crack the interview in the first shot. Mock sessions will be conducted for students until they are prepared for the final credibility interview. Mock sessions are conducted as phonic interviews and as virtual interviews.

CAS Letter and CAS Shield
CAS is also known as the Certificate of Acceptance of Studies, which is provided by the University on completion of every admission procedure. A CAS Letter is issued by the university after completing CAS shields from the student’s side. In Bon Voyage it will be submitted by the experienced CAS consultants after verifying the Academic, Funding and Medical reports. The authenticity of the submitted documents will be checked and the funding papers will be calculated and cross-checked with country-specific mentors the medical reports will be checked first and CAS Shield will be filled according to that. On receiving the CAS letter, Students can go for the Visa procedures.
Visa applications and VFS date
The VISA application will be submitted by experienced Visa consultants at Bon Voyage with foremost confidentiality. The experienced Visa Consultants at Bon Voyage will fill the visa applications according to new and updated Visa application laws and criteria. The Visa applications of both students and dependents can be done through Bon Voyage free of charge. All the financial documents will be cross-checked once again by the Visa consultant and VFS dates will be booked according to the availability of the student. The visa application fees are paid from the credit/Debit card of the student for transparency. Assistance will be provided on VFS appointments also. Guidance will be provided to each student about the documents to carry, VFS timings, locations and things to remember at VFS.
Pre and Post Departure guidance
A dedicated Pre-departure and post-departure team is there to provide assistance to every student irrespective of the country. The most important thing is a country-specific mentor will be provided to each student processing through Bon Voyage to whom they can talk and clear any doubts. The students will be informed about the accommodation availability at each location, the accommodation charges, the travel charges and other expenses. students can choose accommodation from Bon Voyage as well as from other online sites. Students can carry the things according to the list provided by the mentor on things to carry while traveling to the chosen country. As post-departure guidance, Bon Voyage will be providing airport pickup and drop, Part-time job assistance, Post Study Work Visa assistance and PR assistance as well. The students will be added to a group on WhatsApp from where they can get information on the job availability in that area.
Work Permit ….
Students will find difficulty in finding jobs in several countries. Work Permit assistance will be provided to the students and dependants according to their profession and work preference. Students can find jobs in several online sites and through agents and Bon voyage will be able to assist in the legal formalities. The country-specific mentor will be helping with interview preparation and job selection. There are so many PR-friendly countries in the world like Canada, Germany and many more.
