“Self-development is a higher duty than self-sacrifice”- Elizabeth Cady Stanton.

Humans often struggle with growth and motivation. We look for a variety of sources to help us to grow mentally and physically. We find it difficult to have self-motivation and influence on ourselves, in two words defined as Wisdom and knowledge. Not everyone is stuck in this phase and if you seek for resources to grow, you are on the right path. We learn from past mistakes/experiences, parents/teachers/role models, books, videos, movies etc. I have recently come across various sources that the majority of people have sought i.e., books, YouTube videos, and following God. It can be different for many people, but it is important to change, to grow, and to learn. So, after a lot of observation, I have found the 5 books that have helped and will help you with the goal you are seeking for

It isn’t a problem if it isn’t your habit but if it is then you must stop, and make your list of productive tasks, this book suggests how to change your bad habits and adopt good habits- a quick hack.

2) Who Moved My Cheese by Spencer Johnson- The world is evolving, and you would find at times everyone around us is doing comparatively well and making major process. This is small a story about how change is important and how to come out of our comfort zone.

Introverts, socially anxious, shy, or teacher’s pet- you must make friends and influence people eventually to survive in certain situations. It also helps in dealing with people, relationships, and children.

4) Outliers: The Story to Success by Malcolm Gladwell- I always had a thought about how world leaders are in that position, what’s so special about them? Well, Malcolm Gladwell made it easy by writing this book answering my question with a practice theory.

5) The Power of Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy- This book is all about our subconscious mind, and how thoughts are effective, and the author shares a few techniques on positive thinking to train our mind for success.

There are several other books available on self-help, explore and keep reading a lot of books. Keep growing and helping others too.
