Infrared is Live on Berachain Testnet
Infrared is live on Berachain V2 testnet! Users and partners can now experiment with iBGT and Infrared’s smart contracts to try things out before mainnet.
Infrared Overview
At Infrared, we’re building infrastructure-level products on top of Berachain’s Proof of Liquidity (PoL) mechanism, such as liquid staking solutions for BGT (iBGT) and BERA (iBERA).
To power these user-facing products, we’re also building and operating validator infrastructure that enables the Berachain ecosystem to run what we call “full economic nodes.” This infrastructure will allow for the extraction of MEV and provides tools for searchers to build and submit bundles efficiently.

Testnet Details for Users
This is your chance to see how iBGT can bring more utility to your BGT! By participating in testnet, you can deposit liquidity into Infrared vaults, receive iBGT in return, and use iBGT in various ways with partner protocols. You can also stake your iBGT to earn testnet rewards associated with BGT.
After you’ve tried things out, we’d love to hear from you! Your feedback will help us provide the best possible experience for our mainnet launch. Please stop by the Discord to share your thoughts or ask questions.

We also invite protocols to explore building on top of Infrared or integrating iBGT directly. Whether you’re building an AMM, lending protocol, or anything in between, this is a good opportunity to see how iBGT can unlock more yield for your users.
