Its through routine that people maximize their time in order to accomplish. The more routine you have (start with the morning), the more decision making power you will have throughout the day. The challenge is to automate your morning. Do the exact same thing from the moment you wake up till you get the office each day. Personally, I make sure my routine consists of physical (access pre workout bar, peak performance vitamins, 30 minute workout, fruit/protein), mental (mediation/reading/elevate brain game/call mentor), and spiritual (7 step prayer sequence) each and every morning.
