Redmi K30 Pro has been launched outside Inida. This budget flagship smartphone of Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi comes with a very premium specification. It has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 processor, LPDDR5 RAM and 33W fast charging support. The company has also launched the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition as well. As the company had already released the teaser, both the phones come with quad rear camera setup. These have found place in the circular camera module. Apart from this, they are also equipped with pop-up selfie cameras. It is worth noting that the 64-megapixel primary camera and telephoto lens are optically stabilized.

Redmi K30 Pro price

The price of the Redmi K 30 Pro starts at CNY 2,999 (around Rs 32,500). This price is of 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variants. The 8 GB + 128 GB model of the phone will be sold for 3,399 Chinese yuan (about Rs 36,000). The premium 8 GB + 256 GB variant of the handset will be priced at CNY 3,699 (around Rs 40,000).

The price of Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition will start at CNY 3,799 (about Rs 41,000). 8 GB + 128 GB storage model will come at this price. The smartphone’s 8 GB + 256 GB storage variant will cost CNY 3,999 (about Rs 43,000).

The Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition handsets will come in Moonlight White, Sky Blue, Star Ring Purple and Space Gray colors. No information has been provided regarding their arrival in India.

Redmi K30 Pro specifications

Dual-SIM (Nano) Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition run on MIUI 11 based on Android 10. These have a 6.67-inch full-HD + (1080 x 2400 pixels) HDR + AMOLED display. Both phones have LPDDR5 RAM up to 8 GB with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. However the 6 GB + 128 GB variants of the Redmi K30 Pro have LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.0 storage.

Redmi K30 Pro comes with four rear cameras. The primary camera is 64 megapixels. Sony IMX686 sensor is used here. It has a 13-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 5-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

Talking about the camera setup of the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition, it has a 64-megapixel primary camera, 2-megapixel depth, and a 3-megapixel wide-angle camera. But it has an 8 megapixel telephoto lens instead of a macro camera. It will come with 3X optical zoom and 30X digital zoom. In both phones, the responsibility of the selfie is on the 20-megapixel pop-up camera.

Both of Xiaomi’s phones have UFS 3.1 storage up to 256 GB. There is no microSD card support in any variant. The Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition handsets come with 4,700mAh battery and support 33W fast charging. Connectivity features of the smartphone include Wi-Fi 6, NFC, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphones.
