For almost ten years, Big Cabal Media has published the biggest tech, pop culture, politics and digital economy stories. We have also pioneered some of the best and most impactful projects, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in Nigerian media and fostering meaningful conversations with Nigerian and global communities.

Basically, we are cool people who do cool stuff and we are thrilled to announce the launch of our internship programme committed to nurturing the next generation of media superstars.

Our paid internship programme offers aspiring journalists, content creators, data analysts, event managers and media enthusiasts the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to impactful projects that shape the digital landscape.

Applications for our internship programme are now open and will close on March 16, 2024. We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria.

• Academic Background: Interns must preferably be final year students or in their service year. They should have or be pursuing degrees or have intermediate skills in related fields.
• Passion: We are looking for candidates who demonstrate genuine interest and enthusiasm for the media and the specific sub sectors they are applying for.
• Previous experience/teamwork: They must have some quantifiable record of being able to work in a team and some relevant work or school experience.
• Communication: Candidates must have solid verbal and written communication skills. They will answer open-ended questions to showcase these skills during the application.
• Problem-Solving: Candidates must be able to think critically and solve problems.
