UI VS UX VS CX

What is UI ?
UI stands for User Interface. It refers to the way in which a user interacts with a computer program or system, including the layout, graphics, and controls. The goal of UI design is to make the interface easy to use and understand for the user.

What is UX?
UX stands for User Experience. It refers to the overall experience a user has when interacting with a product or service, including the interface (UI), but also encompassing other factors such as performance, accessibility, and branding. The goal of UX design is to create a positive and efficient experience for the user, by taking into account the user’s needs, goals, and expectations.

What is CX?
CX stands for Customer Experience. It refers to the overall perception of a customer about their interactions with a company, including all touchpoints such as customer service, sales, marketing, and product or service delivery. The goal of CX is to provide a positive and satisfying experience for customers throughout their journey with a company, in order to increase loyalty, retention, and advocacy. It’s related to UX, but it’s a broader term that includes the whole customer’s journey and relationship with the company.
