There is a pattern in Scripture that proves itself in the verses you quoted as well. First comes a revelation of truth, then comes instruction.

In the very last part of Exodus 24, all of the children of Israel saw the Glory of God on the Mountain. After this happened, God instructed them to give.

In the same way, Paul, over and over, gives revelation of who God is, the Glory to come, and encouragement to press forward. Then he gives practical instructions at the end.

If you meditate on 1 Cor 15 and know the truths of who you are in that chapter, how easy it is to do the instructions that follow.
