TNA has had a lot of confusing gimmicks in its history, and the BFGS is certainly one of them (even the name is a mouthful). But you can’t say it wasn’t really fun to watch last summer, you can’t say it didn’t create a lot of buzz going into Bound for Glory 2011, and you can’t say the winner didn’t get the push we didn’t really figure he’d get. Bobby Roode won last year, and now he’s the longest-reigning champion in history. That’s a good precedent.
