In January 2024, as a patient from abroad, Miss L. from Hong Kong, aged twenty-six, discovered the International White Scar Center through a Google search for the keyword “scars.” Over ten years ago, due to immense academic pressure, she inflicted several cuts on the inner and outer side of her left hand. Among them, four were wider, so she underwent scar treatment in Hong Kong five years ago. The other scars remained untreated.
