Agree and disagree. Major requests do tend to disrupt the roadmap, art is in choosing what to say yes to. If the request doesn’t align at all with the roadmap, think very hard. Every change that is asked for is not solitary in nature. It has to be followed up with smaller requests, bug fixes and in enterprise, training.
