Angela Buccitti

Angela began her career in Human Resources after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She quickly realized how exciting and fulfilling a career in Recruiting could be, and took the leap to the staffing agency world. After supporting clients in the financial services sector, she moved over to Thrillist Media Group in 2011, where she was hired as the first internal recruiter. She was there for just under 3 years and supported their media and ecommerce business. In March 2014, Angela moved to her current position as Head of Talent at Bounce Exchange. For the past 6 months, she’s been focused on growing the team at this innovative start up.

Bounce Exchange is a cutting-edge digital marketing platform, enabling its clients to transform their web traffic by serving content tailored to different visitor segments. The team uses software to analyze everything about visitor behavior, from purchase history to traffic sources to mouse gestures to even the moment a visitor is abandoning a site, using its patented exit-intent technology. Bounce Exchange then uses that information to engage its customer acquisition strategies — allowing companies to attract their target audiences through expertly crafted marketing campaigns.

Edgar Muentes

Edgar joined Priceline in May 2014 as a Mobile Engineer, developing new functionality for the company’s web applications and supporting existing components across mobile platforms.

As a former recruiter for an international tech firm, he knows that developers in the city are inundated with offers on a daily basis. His experience was no different. Every company he negotiated with was doing something fun and interesting, from monthly roof deck parties and Nerf gun fights to 3D-printing toy cars. It was difficult to choose between the similar salary offers, various incentive packages, and diverse cultures.

In the end, Priceline won him over when he went to the interview and realized he’d meet with every member of the team before getting hired. In Priceline’s New York City office, it’s clear that team members care who they work with and ask, ‘will we be excited to see this candidate each day?’

Priceline makes Edgar excited to come to work. He has a lot of control over what he does and how, and the company pushes each team member to be better with fun and interesting challenges — things employees are capable of but haven’t always had the opportunity to explore. Edgar is proud to be there because his peers make it a great place to work, every day.

Tania Zivkovic

Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Tania moved to New York City in February 2014 to continue her career in Learning and Talent Development. Previously, she designed and delivered global learning and development programs at Treasury Wine Estates in Melbourne.

As part of her role in LivePerson’s People Group, she works on initiatives like a global rewards and recognition program, LivePerson University, and an internal mobility program, to ensure the company continues to be a great place to work.

Though she interviewed with three other companies and was offered two roles, Tania knew LivePerson was the right place for her. The interview process gave her a glimpse into what working at LivePerson would be like — a fun, open, and engaging environment, where she would be a crucial member of a passionate, dedicated team who are building something to be proud of.
