Proposal Description (Public): From Veles 1/2/23 a Pilot Program for the creation and support of contest accepting, approving and publishing Friends of IPF Bluepapers. This “create a bluepaper” contest will be announced within a week of this Proposal being Executed. This will be partially supported from this Proposal, as well as other supporters, Friends of the IPF, Alien Edition community, and anyone else who wants to support ideation and growth of the ecosystem in AW and beyond.

Friends of the IPF here, and we are getting started with a new year of building, and in search of Bluepapers (Whitepapers). Learn More about what a Bluepaper / Whitepaper is >
The bull market is back babyyy babyyy! We are looking for some great ideas for guiding the direction of things to build this year. This process allows us to gather and build on top of fantastic ideas, that we’re able to signal are of value to the community, and are ideas we are allowed to cultivate and extend.
There are many things in our ecosystem that are being decentralized so the theme of this Friends of IPF Blueprints is Decentralization.
We want to see your best ideas for Decentralization. Let’s inspire builders with great products and roadmap ideas that can support the AW community and our other neighbors!
Awards:
To be determined based on participation and project necessity.
Total potential Awards available to be determined based on resources received, minus resources for management.
Requirements to Submit:
- Create a one-to-five page document with a Bluepaper/Whitepaper. This submission can be general or specific, but MUST apply to the Antelope ecosystem and/or AW metaverse.
- Submission MUST be leveraging a feature with MSIGs or DAOs in some form, focusing on Decentralization.
- By submitting content publicly to the Call for Bluepapers Contest, you Agree that you are submitting a new, original idea you created and your original work.
- Included in the document in the title “Submission: Call for Bluepapers! — Supported by Friends of IPF”
- You MUST waive all Copyright to the work submitted. Make sure you clearly mark your work with Creative Commons CC0 Licensing on your submission.
- You MUST have your WAX Wallet address as the Author, and optionally provide your name.
How to Submit Bluepaper/Whitepaper:
1) Host the document as a PDF submission on IPFS.
2) Send a 1 TLM transaction to ipfbluepaper with the Memo only having the link to the IPFS-hosted PDF.
3) Submit by February 21, 2024.
When Max Infeld, the Custodian who created the Proposal was asked to comment; he replied, “I’m in a meeting right now fam, and pretty busy with decentralization…but glad to be of assistance… Happy submitting Bluepapers writers! We’re all looking forward to seeing what ideas you unleash into the AW metaverse. This is an awesome opportunity to provide examples of what people want to build — let’s create a solid foundation of what can be built — and support those that can be accepted by the community. We must move away from the bottom line of value extraction and start adding real value for this ecosystem to be sustainable. There’s lots of great ideas in the ecosystem, and we need wayyy more pragmatic ideas that can capture the imagination of the better devs in our space. We don’t have enough devs right now.
