This is great, I’ve made all those mistakes to varying extents. I’d like to propose an additional one:

7. Stop Learning

It can be tempting once you’ve achieved some success in your field to stop seeking out new ideas and approaches. You’ve already made it, just keep doing what you’re doing. That works for a while until something important comes along. You completely miss it, but your competitors don’t.

You can recover from this one, but it’s gonna take some work.
