Letter from the CEO
Dear investFeed users,
I wanted to take a moment to update you on our exciting news.
As our current users will know, we have, since 2014, created a social trading platform where newbie and professional investors alike have come together to share their views on the stock market and hook right into their retail brokerage accounts for a seamless trading experience. I want to thank our 15,000 loyal users who have created over 200,000 live feeds since our inception.
As we are a platform “for the community, by the community”, we have listened to your feedback and are now ready to cater to your cryptocurrency desires!
Our intention is to create an incentivized, next-generation social investment network specifically for cryptocurrencies. As part of our transition and in keeping with all things crypto, we are holding an ICO (initial coin offering) and of course, invite you to participate. We will be creating our very own crypto-token called FEED Coin ($FEED) which will be used on our platform to subscribe to give and receive incentives for great content, purchase premium content and promote or “Boost” content and attract customers. What will this mean for our existing users? Apart from the opportunity to participate in the ICO, and be some of the first holders of $FEED, initially, your experience will remain unchanged. We are currently working on our development roadmap and look forward to being able to tell you all about our exciting new features and crypto-integrations over the coming weeks.
We understand that some of our users may have reservations about our decision to embark on a cryptocurrency venture and the accompanying ICO. We see a large numbers of ICOs coming to market with untested technology and teams. Sometimes with little more than a moon-shot idea. We are not one of those!
We are not a moon-shot, or a fly-by-night, or opportunists. I want to assure our users that we believe firmly in the vision and objective of our plan. Not just for the short-term, but into the foreseeable future. Our ICO raise is capped rather than uncapped which is a critical but sometimes overlooked distinction.
As much as we believe in the democratization of digital transacting, we also believe in putting the power of our community back into the hands of the community. We plan to disrupt the cryptocurrency industry by bringing transparency and ease of use which is currently lacking. This philosophy is present in our existing platform and will persist and remain core to our cryptocurrency platform.
