Day 1 — Becoming an investor, A little about us.
Welcome everybody, my name is Oliver Wilshaw, i am based in staffordshire and i am a full time investor and entrepreneur.
I have 3 mains companys which are my 3 main sources of income or will be.
My first company is Property Archive Ltd, this is my bady and the first company I started, it is a deal packaging/sourcing company, where we find BMV or high ROI houses for investors, this is a great service we provide, i have loads of knowledge in property as i pretty much started at age 12 helping my dad as he is a very succeful property investor, altough i do not speak to him anymore, that is a story for another day…
My second business is property coaching company called Property Archive Academy which is being lauched very soon, we have has so much interest in this and is already 1000% ROI just from pre orders, we company mainly teaches new property entrepreneurs How to make money with no money… The main strategys are Rent to Rent HMO and SA, Deal packaging and LOA (lease option agreements)
My third company is also a coaching company which is Forex Archive, a forex training company, teaching prople my strategy which i belive is incredible! For the past 3 years i have no not seen a negative month, on average i have seen around 12% per month, which really is quite incredible, i cant wait to show you all this course, it is revolutionary.
Apart from my businesses my my income is passive income from property and my hghest paying buy most active asset is my forex trading, these two alone have changed my life.
I would just like to add that at the age of 18, i had no money in the bank.
From an electrician to an entrepreneur, The greatest thing i have ever done and i hope to inspire thousands!
