I engage in intermittent fasting. I look younger, have been losing weight effortlessly, feel alert at all moments of the day without any coffee and have stopped craving sweet foods. I have breakfast during lunch instead around 4 times a week when I’ll have cereal or other breakfast foods. I work out in the evening after dinner and it feels amazing to then shower and jump into bed smelling nice and feeling pumped. Definitely seeing the benefits.
