Lovely message I saw in a caption on chakabars’ Instagram post. Really resonated.

“Why is it that we prosper... It’s because we practice self love, every single day. It’s not for the purpose of vanity but for the journey of spiritual enlightenment. I am not far down the path but I am on it. Fitness is a journey not a destination, but it’s not just fitness:
It’s difficult to have healthy thoughts without a healthy body.
This revolution of consciousness cannot exist without a revolution of health. So we must return back to the source of our positive growth. The ancestors showed us the way and the human body hasn’t evolved for thousands of years, so we must return to source.
This means medicinal herbs, real spirit food, no this fake soul (slavery) food rubbish. It means not always eating cooked food and giving your organs thermal fatigue, not smoking poisons, drinking poisons or ingesting poisons for the profits of the spiritually devoid psychopaths, who have been destroying the planet for hundreds of years. It means regular intake of minerals and vital minerals, as our bodies are comprised of 102 minerals. It means respecting ourselves enough to say "No I don’t do that, it’s not good for my body or my soul". It means learning about oneself, through self education, be it books or elders who received the last messages from our ancestors.
It means not seeking out constant sexual activity devoid of spirit, all this sex addiction is just you trying to connect to something deeper, which is just a reconnection to your own spirit... You won’t find yourself in someone else... Men ejaculating their lives away then wondering why they are dying early with prostate cancer, women letting anyone inside them and wondering why they hate themselves. It means a purpose outside profit margins and who’s got the biggest house. You won’t find the answers in the club.
It’s about you.
The water you drink, the people you meet and love, the purpose of growth and self development.
You don’t need some venture capitalist telling you how to be, because the sole pursuit of money is a soulless pursuit. You need to ask yourself these questions and grow the way that your soul intended.
Life is a school where you learn to remember what your soul already knows.”
