Clear, enlightening and exciting, an evolved way of approaching the organization in a world that changes and will change more. It seems that people and the freedom of these in organizations is also very present in the manifesto that, being aware that I am still far from understanding in all its dimension and depth, I humbly sign below. Very attracted in addition and especially by the “how” to put it into practice and captivated by the perspective necessary to be adaptive even in the way of carrying it out.
