Speaking of diversity, I’d be curious to know what percentage of your hires are boomers, foreign nationals, people who hail from rural areas, people whose parents are poor, or people who graduated from second or third tier schools. It seems that most people’s concept of diversity is based on a rather narrow concept.

If the goal of diversity is to enhance product quality, I’m not sure that checking off ethnic and gender boxes while hiring people from middle and upper middle class backgrounds who went to the same schools gets you there.
