In the late 1980’s, Francesco Cirillo first came up with the Pomodoro System.Pomodoro technique is a time management technique which helps the people to do their work on time.

Here’s the process for following the Pomodoro method:

It is a technique in which you have assign a task yourself. Then set a timer for 25 minutes. After complete the task you give a reward to yourself. it may be 5 minutes or more. This technique is very helpful.

My Experience:

I have been productive in doing my task but within no time limit. Then I heard about the pomodoro technique through Amal Fellowship. So I decided to try this technique to know either it can be really helpful to me or not.

I downloaded the app, decided a task, set a timer of 25 minutes and started my task of checking the school notebooks. Before that app I used to check 6–7 notebooks in half an hour. Now I checked 5 notebooks in 25 minutes However my task had been completed on time but it give me a lesson how to work efficiently in a given period of time. I used this app now once but next time I will try to manage my task completion on time.

It is very useful. it is helped me to do my work quiqly and it take less time.
