Venezia FC and IQUII Sport launch the new Sport Platform of the Club

The new platform is the first implemented asset of the Digital Transformation process, structured to strengthen the relationship with the fanbase, offering a complete and integrated fan experience.
The evolutions of the Sport Industry have a deep influence on the clubs’ communication dynamics with their supporters: the huge amount of information and notifications fans are exposed to, generates a constant need for updated and exclusive contents, creating an omnichannel flow, through an ecosystem of own touchpoints to capture their attention and stimulating their engagement.
Therefore, Venezia FC have chosen IQUII as their Official Digital Partner, for a 3-year path starting from the development of the digital platform, a central tool in the fan engagement and fan activation strategy, both inside and outside the stadium, improving and making easier the online and offline communication to create new monetization opportunities.
The Sport Platform has been realised on the SportXP structure, the own framework of the IQUII’s Business Unit, and it will allow the club to establish a dynamic and continuous relationship with the fanbase for an omnichannel experience, gathering and analysing relevant information on the fans’ interests and behaviours, trying to understand their needs and planning more targeted and effective acquisition, loyalty and data monetization strategies.
So, contents and information about their favourite team to put fans at the centre, making them feeling an integral part of their passion. News, results, stats, media galleries, instant gaming and other real-time features: the new Venezia FC Official App, realised by IQUII Sport, that took care of the development and the design part, is now available on the iOS and Android stores.
