There’s Big Rewards In Taking The Leap

I got into this business of online weight loss coaching and mentoring corporates, predominantly women, to lose weight so they can get back into shape and be their best self because I believe life is too short to live in a mind and body that doesn’t serve you.

After being in the health and fitness industry for over two decades and having worked as a Corporate Health Manager for many large corporate businesses, I’ve lived the corporate treadmill personally and see and hear daily the challenges office workers face as a result of sitting at a desk all day

If losing weight is a priority to you so you can feel happy in your own skin, then what you need is personalised help. When it comes to getting (and more importantly) sustaining good health, it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach (pardon the pun).

And what about the Food industry whom have purposely manufactured our foods (just in the last 50 years alone) adding chemicals like high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) to processed foods which is basically concentrated sugar and sugar is highly addictive. Just like nicotine is to cigarettes. It’s all just big business!

I truly have compassion for people who want the best health but feel stuck. In my client weight loss breakthrough sessions, I sense the frustration and pain in peoples voices whom desperately are seeking help.

Being overweight doesn’t just affect you physically, it affects you emotionally.

It impacts those people around you at home and at work.

And if your self-image is poor, it shows to the external world. Your low mood, inability to perform at your peak at work and lack of self-esteem vibrates out to the universe and it mirrors what you put out.

So what do you do?

You STOP!

Stop for a moment.

Take a breath.

Look within.

Ask yourself what are you true core values?
What do you stand for and what do you want out of your life?

After doing this exercise with many clients, I can guarantee for most people it is a healthy family, enjoyable career and to travel and see the world.

So if that’s the case, why wouldn’t you want the best health to enable you a successful career, a happy home life and to travel the world?

Why wouldn’t you want to lead by example and show your partner, family, children, peers and work colleagues that the way to a better life is being healthy.

Is it fear that’s stopping you?

Not fear of failure.

Fear of success.

Or is it actually more comfortable to stay where you are right now because it takes guts, effort and work to be the person you really want to be. I can assure you putting in the work now, will far outweigh the emotional and physical pain that you will going through in the future if you don’t fulfil your dream.
