Thanks Nandha! I’m interested to hear why you think the absence of reviews and 0 reviews are two different use cases. As for what I think makes sense for reviews, it’s the other way around. Airbnb currently has ‘new immersion / experience’ when there are 0 reviews. If you look back at the reviews section, the current app is on the left side and my proposed solution is on the right. I think it should say ‘0 reviews’ instead of ‘new immersion / experience’ because users don’t equate new immersion / experience with the fact that there are no reviews and tend to still look for a review section anyways! I also added the label to take care of the inconsistency in layout.
