Behavioral patterns we repeat are etched in our neural pathways (Urh and Jereb 2014). Therefore, repetition of desired habits have the ability to change how these pathways often function.
I ask myself? Was I ready for college and were my habits prepared for it?
The research concluded this: students who were serious and have proper time management were likely to result to a higher average. It also added, that a day, two, or three for learning the exams is not enough. Two main things self-discipline and time management.
