This is a very good point. Most companies are run on the “don’t take problems to your manager, take solutions” lines. Which is a good attitude to professional issues. Would a company be able to achieve the mental split between these issues and the type of issues we are discussing, the ones where it’s perfectly adequate to come with the problem and not to be labelled a non-constructive whiner?
