Vitamin E is a very popular vitamin because of its many uses. It serves as an antioxidant, which fights off free radicals in the body. They also help to lower the severe form of cholesterol while increasing the right kind as it is one of the most important vitamins for teenagers. Good sources of vitamin E include peanuts, sunflower seeds, yams, sweet potatoes, vegetable oil, and whole grains.

Vitamin K

Vitamin K is important for the healing of wounds, clotting of blood and maintenance of healthy bones. It can be found in eggs, dairy products, and leafy green vegetables.
