Worth pointing out that the playground is the older, existing version of the GPT-3 LLM. It's been available for awhile, and is neither more advanced nor is it free (though some of the Codex features are in private beta and free for now). ChatGPT is an updated, tuned iteration of *GPT-3.5.*
