How to break down your old habit?

In my personal opinion, it’s really hard but perhaps.

You don’t need concentrate in this case by the way every day take the action. It’s could be fifteen minutes at day and after one month or more then you build strong fundamentals.

I’m not magnificent but I like time to time have conversation with person that I see at first time. I notes for myself it’s good idea forget all your everyday routine and after you come back with new inspiration that give you powerful to end your fifteen or in this half an hour.
