To help community members know more about each validator on IRISnet, we are publishing a series of articles with each article to highlight two validators.
When choosing a validator to delegate, technical parameters such as self-bonded (the higher the better), uptime (the higher the better), commission rate (the lower the better), bond height(the smaller the better)etc are good KPIs to review to get a 360 degree of view on the validators’ performance. It is always a good practice to select multiple validators to hedge the delegation risk.

Who are we?
HappyIris.net 1 is your trusted IRISnet validator based in Austria, Europe. Behind HappyIris is a team with 8+ years of professional experience in IT.
We are currently one of the top validators on Tezos as well (HappyTezos).
Our focus is providing secure validator coupled with high availability. We are using combination of cloud infrastructure and dedicated servers to ensure we can offer high availability and we are using HSMs (Ledgers) for a private key management.

Who we are?
Syncnode is a software development company with global presence and headquarters in Switzerland and Romania. We have more than a decade of software development, IT and telecommunications infrastructure and cyber security background. We served clients like IBM, Alstom, Rexel all around the world.
