Colour & Texture: This Swiss Beauty setting spray contains a colorless transparent liquid, which due to its alcohol content evaporates quickly post application. This makeup fixer gives you a hydrating glow and your makeup appears flawless. It doesn’t irritate your skin, however, a patch test is recommended if you have damaged or sensitive skin.
Fragrance: This fixer spray has a chemical-like smell which disappears after a couple minutes of application.
Verdict:
Swiss Beauty is one of the best drugstore brands under budget. I have tried many of their products and none of them has ever disappointed me. In my experience most setting sprays leave an artificial-looking cast on your skin unless you are using expensive brands, that is not the case with this makeup fixer.
It is a lightweight and transparent makeup fixing spray which is very light on the skin and gives you a hydrating glow. However, it has an alcohol based formula similar to other makeup fixers which might cause irritation if you have a damaged or sensitive skin. It has not caused me any irritation or allergy personally. I’ve been using this product since the last couple of months and I regret not getting my hands on it earlier.
Overall, if you're looking for a makeup fixing spray that gives you a long lasting matte-finished makeup look with a subtle glow, go for it.
