Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break down work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
I know this Pomodoro technique is most effective to do some important work but this technique is not helpful for me. I’m living in a village site there is a lot of interruption in the village because a lot of people are jobless. they have nothing to do some work most of my family coz they always interrupt me that the reason
so I fixed my time I start study morning 5 am to 8 am in this time period no one can disturb me so I can easily complete my project work in 3 hours becaues my work that requires a lot of time to get into. i am doing something that is consistently very difficult, like complete project work, or reading a news paper , exam prepartion . Those tasks take some time to get into. As such, taking a break every 25 minutes can be counter-productive. That kind of work isn’t really suited to the Pomodoro technique?
