The “Simplified graph of our capital structure and breakpoints.” graph isn’t really matching the description next to it. There are no pink dotted lines. While I think I’m inferring correctly, I am one of those new employees at a startup that doesn’t really have a working knowledge of equity, so this would be more helpful if that were edited.
