On the point about thinking about work all the time: yes, it can be a challenge to turn it off and be more present in the moment, though I’m getting better at it. I have found thus far that embracing it (especially when not with my family) actually frees up more time due to quicker work, and it’s worth the trade-off of being lost in my mind at times.
