Star Trek Adventures TOS-era Character Sheet Collection 3.0
Since the release of Modiphius’ Star Trek Adventures, I’ve been working on my own character sheets and game aids, inspired more by the general feel of The Original Series than by the LCARS-inspired look and feel of the official materials.
I’ve updated my TOS-era Character Sheet Collection to 3.0, which includes significantly new versions of the Character Sheet and Starship Sheet, and updated versions of the NPC and Supporting Character sheets.

The Character Sheet especially features improvements suggested by many helpful folks on these forums, such as:
- Injury condition field
- Larger Traits field
- Weapon Damage field which can now be manually overridden (for use with “attacks” like Vulcan Nerve Pinch)
- Department field
- Rank field which includes enlisted ranks
- Extra weapon fields
Plus, I think it looks prettier now too, with many style improvements.
One of my next projects is to make a Supporting Character sheet which lets you check off the upgrades you’ve made to the Supporting Character as you use them in play. It will resemble the first page of the Character Sheet, but with some extra details specific to Supporting Characters.
