Do Your Ideas Stand Up To Scrutiny?
Cody Royle

I see it as the difference between a leader and a manager. Leaders provides further context and understanding. Managers just run down the list of to-do items and expect results.

I think examples like Coach Wooden are still a shining example and why they produce good men and woman who go on to lead in their own right. Leaders produce leaders, because the why is understood and communicated with context.

As always love your work.
