What To Do If Someone Hurt You
Kris Gage

Yeps. As hard as it is to give up the need to control, it’s extremely liberating.

It’s important to remember that while pain is real, suffering is a choice -the way we choose to deal with and see the pain, the amount of time we want to focus on the pain and how to interpret it. So, pain because someone did something that hurt us it is real, but the choice to how we interpret it and the power we give to it (suffering) is all on ourselves.
