Everything stays

Its not better or worse, just, different.

When you lose something in places where it is out of plain sight and unnoticeable, like a pen rolling under the bed, a kite stuck to tree, a coin falling down the drainage, do you ever wonder what it would look like after many days, weeks, months, maybe even years? Funny how when you find it, even though it remained still for a long period of time, it looks different, it maybe look worse than before, but it is still what you once lost, just with a different face.

Imagine if someone lost an object, lets say that object is you, thrown out, lost by accident, or neglected, you remain in the same place, still as if frozen in time, would you be still the you before that someone lost you? Change is inevitable, one way or another, you may not move an inch, but you will be given a new face, slowly. After a long period of time, they finally found you, not worse, not better, just different, would they be able to accept change? Would you be able to accept change?

Everything stays right where you left it, but slowly it will become something that you may not recognize entirely, but it is still what you once lost.
