All great. Following you people since day one, nice job you did with base camp, ruby and such. So, how could you come to believe your model is scalable to the average information worker in one of the huge companies which dominates the world nowadays? How is it scalable to ego, fear and money driven startups? Look to the outside. Public companies operate very different from your nicely crafted small and beautiful company. How to change them? How to change the system which makes them to behave the way they do? This would be interesting to know. Do you have the answers?
